It's back to the usual weekend of curses after all that. At least some things don't change! I'm sorry I couldn't help out more, back when the boxes were floating around...I was cursed myself most of the time. I think I was some kind of toy. It's the sort of thing that's hard to remember.

BOSS BATTLE

So on Sunday, Yuri Lowell is getting hit with Morality Reversal and becoming momentarily evil- or at least, he'll think it's "justice" to protect the strong and kill the weak. It's the cycle of life, after all. Then a series of events will occur involving Emil Castagnier that results in Yuri becoming truly evil and insane until December 4. Reference video here for those interested.

Meaning he's going to be killing/fighting/kidnapping/mindfucking people. He'll not only have the super power boost of a summon spirit, but he'll be able to transform into any person at will - people he's seen, of course, because unfortunately he can't read your mind.

If anyone would like to confront him while he's going on a rampage, whether it be to fight him, die, or just have a little angsty moment as he taunts your weak spots, please feel free to join up in this little plot! If not, he'll be killing up to 5 NPCs, and anyone is free to notice/comment/whatever. Just a heads up that a crazy man has been let loose upon the city! If you're injured, Ino Yamanaka will kindly heal your wounds. Because she's a stalker ninja.

On the final day, a pre-determined party will set out to stop his ~*evil ways*~. However, if you're interested in joining that as well, anything is free game!

It isn't a pleasant thing to wake up stiff and somewhat confused in one's own bed--especially when one's own bed seems far too large. Larger than it was when one went to sleep before. I've endured that before, and I half expected to find myself with a tail and whiskers again.

I've had just about enough clambering about for one day, I think. It was amusing at first, of course, to see the world a hundred times larger than it should be. Even when the City turns me into a child again, the world doesn't seem so big as this. I suppose it's a bit like the times I've been a cat, but I am glad to have hands rather than paws, even if they are as small as paws. At least I have thumbs, even if my Network device is obnoxiously large.

I'm a doll, of course. I've been changed into a porcelain doll, not so unlike the ones I gave to Merry time and time again.

Although, at least I seem to be a boy doll, and I do have more joints than Merry's dolls ever did. It isn't such a bad thing to be for a day, not by comparison to other curses. I can still move fairly easily, though I'm a bit awkward and some of my joints keep dislocating themselves. When I knelt, for example, to start typing this, my knees completely detached. I'm strung all through with elastic. It's not painful at all to have my joints coming apart, though it's more than a little disturbing to see. Oddly, my hands move like my own hands, though a little stiffly, and I can speak and move my eyes. I've been turned into a doll, I know, but apparently not entirely a doll. If I have a tongue, teeth, and a voice, but I seem to be strung together, I wonder what's become of my innards. For that matter, I wonder if I've a brain in my head. I wonder what I look like when I walk about. Perhaps I move something like He-Who-Kills does. I'm stiffer than I am ordinarily, but I'll take that over being immobile and sitting on a shelf.

If that crooked little girl with her monstrous dolls could see me now, I wonder what she'd think. Perhaps I understand now more of how Merry felt when she claimed I treated her like a doll--But it was to keep her safe--Even I'm trying to keep myself from breaking--Would she have been made a doll too if she were here today?--If that's your point, City, I don't find it amusing--

I've endured this once before, but it's been quite a long time--perhaps a year ago or more.

I think the stairs were the worst. The cats seem to go up and down the stairs far more easily than I did. I had to take them step by step, climbing down each. It was undignified, really, but it worked. I'll call it an adventure, I suppose. But perhaps the cats have an easier time of it because they're not made of porcelain and cord. Well, perhaps Noir is, but even he seems to trip up and down the stairs as easily as flesh-and-blood Kassandra.

I, meanwhile, am having a far more difficult time of it shaped like this.

It is interesting to see the world from this sort of angle, especially with the City cursed into madness again. I'd thought we were done with all this madness a few days ago, but apparently that wasn't the monthly weekend of madness. Instead, we're having that now--today and, presumably, tomorrow. You're as fascinated and mad as ever, City. Still, I'll stay out a while yet, I think, before I try that climb back up the stairs again.

Unless, of course, Riff, you could carry me back up--if you're not cursed out of your mind, of course. I'm sure I don't weigh very much in this sort of shape. In fact, you could carry me around as much as you'd like--or as I'd like, depending. I do like being able to get about on my own, but perhaps I ought to find easier ways to get about. It's the difference between walking in the rain and having a carriage.

Riff, I'll call for you when I'm ready to come back upstairs again. If nothing else, I think it would be quite amusing to think of you carrying about a doll, or me--or both, as the case will be this time.

Kurama leaves nothing behind but a few roses for those who might appreciate them. If possible, I ask that Moss Garden be allowed to be absorbed back into the Wild, where it came from. I feel this is best since the garden's existence was closely tied with Kurama's particular nature and abilities.

Henry leaves only an empty apartment, his money (to be distributed to canonmates and close friends), and maybe a shirt or two that clashes with his hair.

Niko leaves behind his weapons, funds and books, with first choice of these to go to his canonmates. Close friends may choose to say a little something was left to them, too, perhaps a book from his extensive collection or an appropriate sharp edge or a little money should they or a cause dear to them need it. I also ask that Hinode Dojo be allowed to close and become an empty commercial space with Niko gone, because the dojo was intended to follow Niko's personal philosophy regarding martial arts.

Lux needs new management, and it would be best if one of the current employees can take this on. I'd like priority to go to the most senior employee(s), but if no current employee can take the club on, then I'd like to ask the mods to please take Lux under their control to do with as seems best for the players and the game.

It's funny when you realize all it took was one little thing to happen to completely change your attitude.

Sometimes I wonder what everything would be like had I not spoken to Yuki that one time... Actually, it was more like yelling. I did that a lot when I was little, hard as it is to believe. I would get so angry and yell at everyone, adults included. No one was able to control me.

Had it not been for that day with Yuki, I don't think I would have spoken to as many people as I have here. I am pretty sure I still would be that angry person I used to be, fighting with everyone and anyone who could fight back. I was very destructive. I wouldn't be on good terms with anyone. I'd be hating everyone for no other reason than because I could.

It just goes to show you that it isn't easy to just forget something someone says. Sometimes the littlest things can really bother you.

I have to wonder if people who are often angry now just haven't met their own Yuki. It would calm them down a lot, I bet.

I'm going to yank Kenshin from the City for a while. He should be back all updated (and injured again *sigh*) in a couple of weeks. Maybe sooner (lol, depends on the calendar XD).

HELLO POLY TL;DR! no this isn't a hiatus post. aha. i've been really slow layely because work is kicking my butt and my brother came for a visit, but i think i can start getting back on track now. JUST IN TIME FOR GRAB BAG WEEKEND. anyway, i've had this idea knocking around for a while but haven't been able to do it for a few. well. MONTHS. so i'm gonna do it now and i'd love to have some other people involved!

momoko is getting turned into a supervillain. but not just any supervillain, she'll be (as per her otaku nature) a superhero collector. kind of like that one episode of the simpsons, fff. and i was wondering if anyone would like to volunteer to be collected, or to be a superhero that stops her madness and rampaging? she'll have all the same powers that she does as hyper blossom (flying, super strength, yo-yo of doom, etc) so she'll be yo-yoing people and dragging them back to her ~*secret lair*~

i was hoping to have this run today and/or tomorrow. sorry for the late notice, this almost slipped my mind completely. ;; i have to run to work right now but i'll be around in a few hours to plot about this! also my aim name is virtualresonance if anyone has any questions or anything.

As of this video post, Rip is captured by Hellsing, lasting for about ~four days. During this time they take her network device away, meaning a mini!hiatus for her - she won't tag new posts/respond during that time at all, since she can't. :/

Ironic because I'm extending my hiatus/slow-atus and asking for plots at the same time.

First, I didn't know when I declared the slow-atus that I'd have EVERY FINAL PROJECT EVER due next week. Holy crap. Why does my college not want me to have a Thanksgiving? I swear I'll be back AFTER next Friday. AAAAAHHHHH this is what I get for taking Lab of Death.

On the other note, I realize that I've been having some communication fail. Sorrow was totally trying to get an anti-Millennium thing going, since he's all Gung Ho No More World War II and stuff, but unfortunately someone beat him to it. It was sad, because I put a whole lot of effort into trying to A) stay in character while B) actually marshaling some people to do stuff.

The problem appears to be, I really would like to do awesome plots, but I'm not exactly in touch with anyone doing anything, and then I end up going, "Wait this has been done?"

So I figured I'd post here asking two questions:

A) What's the status on the Rip van Winkle/Millennium plot? Is there room for anyone who would seriously be passionate about this problem to help out?

Edit: Apparently too late for any of that, see above post in tl;dr.

B) Most of the posts I reply to tend to be just random posts about random events. This is awesome and encourages fun. But I'm looking to connect him to things he'd really care about; the trouble isn't that I don't want to have him work with things I'm seeing, is that I'm not seeing things somehow. Maybe my timing sucks. Anyone out there need any help with interesting things, or want to meet someone new, or whatever the heck? He needs a breath of fresh air.
